The New Cultural Center

Orchard Development Corporation will be the master developer for the New Cultural Center and Artist Flats in Downtown Columbia. Construction has commenced (January 2025) on the $160 million project located at the prominent corner of the Toby’s Dinner Theatre on Symphony Woods Road. ODC will be responsible for daily construction activities and coordination with the general contractor, Whiting-Turner, as well as the owners of the project, Howard County and the Howard County Housing Commission.
